Agencies should discard any copies of previous versions of the form.

The form should be printed out, completed, signed and dated, and then posted to the contact address given on the form. Wherever possible, applications should include a supporting letter from a caring agency, describing the applicant's personal circumstances - this may help the application. Copies of quotations/bills will be needed before the Trustees make a decision.

All genuine submissions are considered by the Trustees and are subject to scrutiny, confirmation and the availability of funds.

The registered area of coverage 200 years ago was Tilehurst, Holybrook, Theale and West Reading, now known as The Ancient Parish of Tilehurst. It’s moved on a bit since then due to other organisations covering these areas and the fact that the population has expanded somewhat so that we now have a preferred area which covers mainly, but not exclusively, post codes RG30, RG31 and RG7 5 (Theale). Therefore applications outside of these postcodes may be referred to one of these other organisations.
